Our salesperson, Andrew Vollant, was low-key. Had this been a high pressure experience, we would probably have walked away, not only to another dealer, but possibly to another manufacturer. We trust that this, customer-oreinted, polite attitude will extend into our service dealings with the dealership. Quality of work was marked as N/A since this dealing was to purchase a new car, thus no work was performed. I am gratified that Kia surveys customers like this, and - so far - the car is just fabuluous. Kudos!

Andrew Vollant was our sales representative. He knew exactly the type of car that would suit our needs. We felt that he was a very friendly, fair and reliable person. This is a repeat sale with Andrew. We would highly recommend him, the car and service to our friends. We look forward to dealing with Andrew in the future.

When I needed some repairs a few months ago, the service department was extremely helpful and honest. At that time, I had asked Joe (internet sales) to keep an eye out for a specific type/price car for me as I would be willing to trade in my Kia Sportage for the right car. He promised to contact me if something came in. Three months later, I received notice from Joe that the car I had described to him had come in. 

When I arrived at the dealership to look at the car, I was greeted by Andrew. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Andrew helped me negotiate a great deal, and I appreciated his honesty as well. I asked a few questions that were unique to my situation and/or car, and instead of pretending to have the answer, Andrew admitted that he didn't know, but he also knew who to ask and was able to get me the information I needed.

Overall, my experiences with New Motors have been fantastic. They have been helpful, friendly, and honest. Integrity and follow-through go a long way with me, and that is exactly what I have experienced at New Motors.
